About the Position:

We are looking qualified go getter to join our team immediately. Quintica offers the complete Service Management solution ranging from specific Training, Consulting Services and implementation of Tools and technology solutions.

We are growing rapidly and need to add to our delivery and support capabilities and as such are looking for someone who has experience and demonstratable knowledge with the following:

·            Ability to take responsibility for Leading the deployment of solution in a ITIL aligned environment

·            Translate  business requirements into feasible solutions, possible integration concepts

·            Technical support on the Business Process side of our solution implementations

·            Development knowledge – Web, report writing, database

·            Application “add-on” development, scripts, APIs

·            Problem Solving skills important

Qualification and Experience:

·            Resources with Remedy / BMC Suite experience will be preferred

·            BSC or BCom (Information Systems) Graduate

·            Microsoft MCDBA qualification

·            MCSD and MCSE qualification would also be advantageous

·            Previous experience in the Web Development arena

·            Java and\or Microsoft .NET exposure

·            Functional\Technical support on Business Solutions applications

·            Previous experience working on tools in the Service Management arena such as Service Desks, CRM etc

·            Hands-on SQL experience

·            Crystal Reports and\or Microsoft Reporting Services exposure
