About the Position: Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day User-support function of the organisations ITIL based Service Desk. Besides the daily operation and maintenance of the service desk function, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in all dealings with the service desk as well as producing daily and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience: The following skills and experience will be required for this position: · Must have at least 2yrs experience in providing customer service in a service desk environment or support centre · Knowledge of & experience with connectivity and networking environment (dial-up access, Ethernet, CISCO LAN and WAN Equipment, Microsoft Office Products and Exchange etc.) · ITIL Foundation Certification is a pre requisite · Experience in an environment using either MARVAL, CA Unicentre or Remedy would be an advantage.
