About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced PA to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Managing Director and his direct reports, maintaining total confidentiality at all times, both with regard to business issues and personal information. Compose letters, correspondence, reports etc on own initiative.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric

  • Relevant secretarial and / or office administration certification

  • 2 to 5 years experience at an executive level

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing Reception and Internal Cleaning staff

  • Updating the organograms

  • Power point presentations

  • Security and access control

  • Preparation of agendas and minutes of management meetings / exco / etc

  • Preparation of EXCO packs

  • Diary management

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings

  • Typing of general correspondence

  • General admin duties

  • Adhoc duties
