CRM BUSINESS ANALYST
 


 

 

 

About the Position:

Based in Dubai, the successful candidate will be responsible for all CRM business requirements analysis. You will have to find and implement suitable solutions to business problems in the areas of technology and service delivery pertinent to CRM. You will also be required to analyse past, present & future initiatives and assist with the drawing up of an overall CRM strategy for a large, multi company Group.

 

Qualification & Experience:

The following skills and experience will be required for this position:

·            Must have a degree or diploma or other recognised IT or Project Management qualification

·            Marketing Diploma from a recognised institution would be advantageous

·            Experience of working as a Business Analyst on large CRM projects utilising technologies such as Oracle CRM or Siebel advantageous

·            Experience with creating workflow documentation using products such as Visio or Smartdraw
